Barley Village Hall
Redecorating, Curry & Quiz Night (22 Nov). Committee members, Parking...
We’re excited to share that plans are now in motion to redecorate the Terrace Room at Barley Village Hall. After speaking with our regular users, we’ve gathered some great feedback on how the space could be improved. We’re taking those ideas on board, and the first step — redecorating — is officially booked for October. Following that, we’ll be updating the flooring, curtains, and enhancing some of the room’s facilities to make it even more welcoming and functional.
Looking ahead, make sure to save the date: 22nd November for our much-loved Curry and Quiz Night! This year’s curry will have a Sri Lankan twist, and the quiz will be hosted by the ever-popular Phil Hartley. There’ll be a raffle to raise funds for the Hall, and after the quiz, we’ll have music and time to catch up with neighbours. It’s a bring your own drinks event, and tickets can be reserved by contacting Phil via Facebook or the Barley Village group.
We’re always on the lookout for new committee members. If you’d like to get involved and help shape the future of the Hall, we’d love to hear from you. Just drop us an email and come along to one of our meetings.
Lastly, a quick reminder about parking: please avoid parking directly outside the Hall. It can block access for tractors and prevent our bins from being emptied. Your cooperation really helps keep things running smoothly — thank you!
