The Great Pendle Witch Country Photo Hunt
Raising funds for the British Heart Foundation & Cancer Research UK
Roughlee Village Centre, in conjunction with The Bay Horse Inn Roughlee, invite you to join our new monthly competition with a chance of winning a £20 voucher to spend at the Bay Horse Inn and at the same time supporting two charities which are particularly close to many in the area.
Each month we will post a photograph taken locally. All you have to do is identify where the photograph was taken from by referring to to the grid map (view it here), then deciding where that point is on the map e.g C22, H15 etc.
For the minimum charity contribution of £2 you are allowed two entries into the monthly draw. Our two designated charities for 2023 are The British Heart Foundation which we will support for the first 6 months followed by Cancer Research UK from July to December.
The more entries you have the better the chance of you winning the prize. As an example if you have 4 entries you could choose 4 different grid square references or may choose one grid square 4 times to increase your chances of winning.
So watch this space, test your observation skills relating to our wonderful local countryside and have the opportunity of winning our monthly prize.
