- Pendle Patchers – Tues 9th & 23rd April, from 1pm at Barley Village Hall – Pendle Patchers had a very successful Jacob’s Join lunch recently, it was good to see some members of the group who had been unable to attend for a while but managed to pop in to see everyone. For our meetings we will be concentrating on our sewing and knitting without the distraction of food, although we will manage a brew and biscuits. - Barley WI – 1st Wed of the month, 7.30pm at Barley Village Hall – New members are always welcome, first three meetings are free so you can make sure you like it! The WI isn’t just a monthly meeting – we have sub groups which include Walking, Crafting, Dining Club (The Sticky Toffee Pudding Club!) along with two book clubs.
