For anyone with an immigration visa
UKVI have introduced an electronic record of people’s immigration status called an eVisa.
This means that anyone with a physical document proving their immigration status needs to register for an eVisa. Everyone must transfer to an eVisa – even children.
The deadline for this is 31st December 2024.
Lancashire Refugee Integration Team have been working to get the message out – please pass this information on through your networks.
Step-by-step guidance is available on the Lancashire County Council website, and support clinics are being held around Lancashire to offer support for anyone applying for their eVisa.
